Frank Ocean has a lawsuit on his hands.  Producer-songwriter Micah Otano is suing the singer, Island Def Jam, Universal and a producer, claiming that Frank's Channel Orange song "Lost" contains material that he helped create, according to AllHipHop.com. 

Otano claims in the suit that he wrote a song titled "Daylight" with Frank's collaborator Malay, who he accuses of later copying the track and using it for "Lost" without crediting Otano.  AllHipHop reports that Otano is seeking an undisclosed amount in back royalties and damages in the lawsuit, which was filed Wednesday in California.

Channel Orange was named Best Urban Contemporary Album at this year's Grammy Awards show.
